Robert R. LeClercqRobert R. LeClercq
Industry Experience: 26 years

Rob graduated from the University of Illinois in 1985 and received his MBA from the University of Chicago in 1990. Rob began his career in corporate finance helping clients structure balance sheets, raise capital for acquisitions, and develop creative solutions for interest rate, currency and other risk exposures. He joined SEI Corporation in 1990 as a consultant to institutional investors. Rob went on to manage and advise institutional clients first at Merrill Lynch in 1995, then at UBS Global Asset Management where he also served as advisor on new investment strategies, bringing institutional client needs and objectives to bear on product development.    

William W. PierceWilliam W. Pierce
Industry Experience: 23 years

Bill graduated from the University of Missouri in 1973 with a BS degree in Business and Economics, and began his professional career at IBM Corporation in marketing, followed by various management positions.  Bill began his 20 years of institutional asset management industry experience at SEI Corporation in 1988 as a consultant to institutional investors.  Following SEI, Bill held client/consultant relationship and business development positions at Zurich Scudder, Merrill Lynch, and William Blair & Company.  Bill joined AccessAlpha Worldwide in November of 2007.

Frank W. Stanton Frank W. Stanton
Industry Experience: 19 years

Frank graduated from Denison University in 1990, and began his career in the industry as a mutual fund analyst in 1993. At Morningstar Frank became a well-known authority of exchange-traded funds, appearing on CNN and Bloomberg TV and interviewed with numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. In 2001, Frank joined Strong Capital Management as senior financial writer, then UBS Global Asset Management in 2003. At UBS Frank served as a capability manager for the firm’s global tactical asset allocation strategies, as well as a marketing manager for institutional sales. 

Willard D. Velie Willard D. Velie
Industry Experience: 29 years

Will attended Southern Methodist University from 1978-1981, and began his career as a representative with ABT Financial Services in 1982, followed by 4 years with Mackenzie Investment Management as a regional manager. After Mackenzie, Will spent 9 years at Templeton where he became Managing Director of Templeton Worldwide, focusing on developing their international distribution platform. At Scudder Investments Will restructured the firm’s international sales strategy, then moved to Prudential International Investments, where as Senior Managing Director he created and implemented the firm’s third-party global business, and redesigned their non-proprietary distribution platform. In 2003, Will was a founding member WynVale Financial Group LLC, and later formed WynVale Financial Distributors (Broker/Dealer) as a managing principal.
